The Ingalls website provides opportunities to communicate with certain Ingalls personnel and programs through email and other forms to request or provide information. Normal email and the referenced forms are not encrypted which means the possibility exists for unauthorized users to intercept the email messages with Ingalls. Ingalls is responsible for the privacy of email messages stored on Ingalls' system but is not responsible for the privacy of email messages once they have been transmitted to a user's email provider or while the messages are in transit from the user to the Ingalls site. To protect information we receive from visitors, servers on which all information is stored are secured based on standard industry wide practices such as encryption and firewalls.

This privacy policy applies only to the web site Ingalls does provide links to other sites but Ingalls is not responsible for privacy policies or procedures for other sites or for any site that may link users to the Ingalls site.
