Your care team
Each patient's care team meets weekly and before discharge to discuss the patient's goals, treatment plan and progress to date. In addition to occupational, physical, speech and recreational therapists, team members could include physiatrists who specialize in the treatment of joints and muscles, nurses and neuropsychologists.
