Ingalls Development Foundation
For more than 85 years, employees, individuals, businesses and organizations have helped Ingalls Memorial Hospital maintain its standard of clinical excellence by contributing funds for equipment and programs.
The Ingalls Development Foundation (IDF)
IDF sponsors a number of fundraising events and programs that bring in over $2,000,000 in donations every year. Your generosity helps Ingalls to continue delivering the highest level of care in your neighborhood. Review our list of events and programs below.
Maureen Meyers Lecture Series
In memory of continuing education that our long-time nurse Maureen Meyers extolled, we have launched an annual lecture series for nurses in the southland area. This lecture series will feature noteworthy lecturers and qualify nurses for continuing education credit.
Employee Scholarship Programs
Recognizing the challenge of the current healthcare worker shortage, Ingalls has developed a program to help our employees reach their goals in the healthcare profession. This program offers employees a chance to obtain the education needed to begin their career or advance to the next level. These degrees will help Ingalls meet the demand in our core business of clinical care.
We also offer a scholarship program for children of employees. This program is offered once a year for the fall semester.
